Phlox subulata ‘Snowflake’ (Snowflake Creeping Phlox) is a vigorous, mat-forming evergreen perennial that produces a stunning blanket of pure white flowers for 4–6 weeks in spring. Its dense, moss-like foliage spreads to create an attractive groundcover that is ideal for rock gardens, slopes, borders, and erosion control. Thriving in full sun and well-drained soil, this easy-care native cultivar is both drought and heat tolerant once established. The abundant blooms attract bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds, while its deer resistance and salt tolerance make it an excellent choice for coastal landscapes and naturalized garden settings.
USDA Zone: 2 to 9
