Refund policy

Returns:

No returns accepted without prior approval. Item must be in new/unopened condition. The customer is to be responsible for return shipping charges, and a restocking fee of 20% will be charged unless offsetting order is being placed. All indoor and outdoor plant sales are final. Unless the wrong item was shipped or arrived damaged, plants cannot be returned. 

Shipping Discrepancies / Damaged Product:

Please email us via sales@richardsonrootsllc.com within 72 hours of receipt with your order number and photos of the damage so that we can best assist you. 

Refunds:

Absolutely no refunds after 30 days from ship date

Plants Guarantee: 

We do not offer a warranty on our plants. We guarantee our plants to be true to name and healthy when they are shipped.  Outside of issuing a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item, we are not responsible for plants once they leave our facility or after delivery has been made. Plants are living things and need to be placed in the proper environment and have proper care to give them the best chance to thrive. We do our best to provide basic information on our website to help aid in decision making but ask that you do your research as well prior to purchasing to make sure the plants you are selecting are well suited for your location.
