The Pam Muscadine Vine is a female variety renowned for its large, bronze-colored fruit, which boasts a 21% sugar content. It is the highest-yielding muscadine variety, producing the largest clusters among female muscadines, often with 12 to 15 grapes per cluster. These grapes can be harvested in clusters for ease.
Known for its dry scar, meaning the fruit detaches from the vine cleanly without tearing the skin, which remains intact and edible. The skin is not only flavorful but also highly enjoyable. This variety is exceptionally disease-resistant and ripens early to mid-season, making it a great choice for both commercial vineyards and home growers looking for a reliable and high-quality muscadine.
